Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, a civil servant who has been dismissed from service in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 61 shall be entitled to the amount of employee provident fund under section 31 and section 40A. Apart from the insurance, no other facility will be available under this Act.
(2) Section 61B. If it is found that the spouse of a civil servant has obtained a permanent residence permit from the statement according to sub-section (3), the spouse of such a civil servant who has obtained a permanent residence permit shall pay the amount of the employee provident fund according to section 31 and section 40A. Apart from the insurance as mentioned above, they will not get any other facility according to this Act.
